MYELOMA

After months of feeling unwell, in Spring 2020 just as the Coronavirus pandemic began to sweep through the UK, Sebastian was diagnosed with the incurable blood cancer Myeloma.

Seb bravely endured 6 months of Chemotherapy which provided positive results.  He underwent an autologous stem cell transplant in Spring 2021 and is now on maintenance treatment to ensure the longest possible time in remission.

We will continue to design and make sculptures and exhibit these where possible.

We have both been overwhelmed by the support and kindness of our community, family, the NHS and of the numerous charities supporting those with cancer.  In light of this we'd like to offer something back; I am currently sculpting a new piece dedicated to Seb, for which there will be a donation to 'Anthony Nolan' and 'Myeloma UK' for each sculpture sold.

I'll endeavour to keep this page updated so watch this space for more updates and progress.

Thank you for your ongoing support, LJW
